Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all subscription plans. To be eligible for a refund:
- Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Account must not have been used for fraudulent activities
- Service must not have been extensively used (more than 100 QR scans)
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@qrjee.com with your account details
- Provide your invoice number or payment reference
- State the reason for the refund request
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Subscription Cancellation
4.1 By Customer
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Access your account settings
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Your service will continue until the end of the billing period
- No refund will be provided for unused time after cancellation
4.2 By QRJee
We may cancel your subscription if:
- You violate our Terms of Service
- You engage in fraudulent activities
- Payment fails multiple times
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions used for more than 7 days
- Services already rendered
- Custom development or integration work
- Domain or SSL certificate costs (if applicable)
6. Payment Failures
If a subscription payment fails:
- We will retry the payment 3 times over 7 days
- You will receive email notifications
- Service may be suspended if payment is not successful
- Account will be downgraded to free tier after 30 days
7. Downgrades
You can downgrade your plan at any time:
- Downgrade takes effect at the end of current billing cycle
- No refund for the difference in plan costs
- Features may be restricted based on new plan
8. Service Interruptions
In case of extended service outages (more than 24 hours):
- We will provide pro-rated credit to your account
- Credits can be used toward future subscription payments
- Scheduled maintenance is not considered an outage
9. Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding charges:
- Contact us immediately at support@qrjee.com
- We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
- Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us
